If you do not have a Support Plan with us or if you need more support incidents you can purchase a plan that fit your needs on: http://www.crmextensions.com/PurchaseList.aspx here you have the option of buying 1, 3 or 5 support incidents.

When you have purchased a Support Plan you will receive a unique Support Plan ID which is to be used on the Support Portal.

  • Better tracking on support request
  • Better response time on support
  • Bugfix support is free.
  • Partners is offered online education. (we will set up a live meeting with a developer to give you full insight of the products of choice)
  • Support plans can be purchased at a significant discount or you can choose to pay-as-you go.
